Glide the Gua Sha stone in upward and outward motions following the lymphatic flow. 

• Start at the Neck: Using gentle pressure, glide the Gua Sha Stone upward from the base of your neck toward your jawline. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
• Sculpt the Jawline: Glide from the center of your chin along the jawbone toward your ear. Repeat 3-5 times per side.
• Lift the Cheeks: Starting beside your nose, sweep upward and outward toward your temples. Repeat 3-5 times.
• Smooth the Forehead: Glide from the center of your forehead outward toward your hairline. Repeat 3-5 times.
• Depuff Under Eyes: Gently glide from the inner corner outward toward your temples using light pressure. Repeat 3-5 times.
